[osis-core] rich example

Troy,
I know this is not what you are after with the rich example but looking at
the richness of the example points out the fact that it is unlikely that any
document will include ALL of the possible <w> type elements.
Any ideas on how we could represent the <w> elements in a separate document
that are not included in the scripture document itself?
