Thanks for the corrections Todd.  I didn't know the
reference/referenceEnd system had been settled yet.  There are still
problems in lordteachustopray.xml with the references since I wanted to
wait until the reference system was a little more settled before
converting them all to ... well, whatever is decided upon.

Is the reference system always necessary in the work attribute?  What
about works that have only one reference system or that have only
self-defined reference systems (like Summa Theologica).
