and another thing:
CloudBees is broken (aka Jenkins or Hudson) as it executes tests in an arbitrary order and the tests under ant run in a deterministic order so that resources (e.g. the KJV module) is available for the entire test w/o all tests using it pulling it in.

I think this needs to be fixed. I talked to the CloudBees folks when I was at JavaOne and the indicated that I can change it from maven to ant as the driver, but I thought there might be a fix already in STEP.
