[jsword-devel] Performance improvement

Hi all

There is a noticeable lag when using Bible Desktop and selecting a passage,
even on a very fast computer. I'm wondering if people know what it's due to?
There is a very good tool called YourKit which comes free for open source
software, and might be worth using just to profile things otherwise... We
would have to put a link on, so that might not work out in the end (

Any way, any thoughts about the lag?
