[jsword-devel] New Icons for BibleDesktop

One of our users, Casper, submitted a new icon for BibleDesktop.

You can see it at the BibleDesktop web site as it's "favicon" which 
shows up as the icon in the address bar and on tabs. With last night's 
nightly build it is also use where ever an icon for BibleDesktop shows 
up: Installers, Menus, Task Bar entries, ....
