[jsword-devel] Vietnamese translation

Daniel,

I did the Farsi translation and some part of the German stuff.

The files you did are the most immediate ones. Once you have done them
the application will look the part - until you start using it.

Essentially the important files are the property files, first
BibleDesktop, then jsword, then common-swing and then common - in
descending order.  The Msg files are of varying importance - some very,
some not at all. I think if you do every file I translated into Farsi
you should end up with a complete system.
