[jsword-devel] View Source now tidied and syntax highlighted

I have just improved the view source.
The tags, attributes, attribute values and the text are now highlighted.
Probably would be good to make it easy to change the styles.
But for now they are hard-coded in 
org.crosswire.common.xml.HTMLSerializingContentHandler.
(Feel free to make it look better, or offer suggestions. As always, 
feedback is appreciated.)

I think it may have been better to have used a stylesheet to do the 
syntax highlighting and indentation.
I have also put in capabilities to present the text in several different 
ways. It might be good to make
them options on the ViewSource page.
