I have made a few more minor change to make the start up experience more 
useful to someone that has never used JSword/BibleDesktop and to someone 
that is new to Bible study.

The basic idea is to simplify the user interface and through options let 
a power user add complexity.

I added an option to show the KeySidebar on startup. I set the default 
to false.

I added an option to show the Bible Book names in full and made the 
default true.

I also changed the title of Readings to use the title that was inside 
the file.
