[jsword-devel] BibleDesktop startup

I have just improved the start up experience a bit.
The splash screen comes up sooner (now before the config is written, so
it uses the default look and feel [laf], which is ok because Splash
controls it's own laf.)
When the user has no Books installed, the modal dialog presented to the
user is brought up on top of the application. This makes it look like
the application is asking the question. IMHO, this is a lot nicer.
The installer is now non-modal. This allows the user to minimize/restore
the whole application.
