[jsword-devel] Mailing lists and website updates

I don't have a problem w/ Jira or using it. And I don't have a problem 
w/ posting our gratitude.

As long as we have access to the database, we can revert to bugs.txt or 
go to something else, if it is necessary.

The goal is to provide free and rich access to God's Word.
