Hi,

The best place to download an index from, is the site you got the book
from in the first place. In fact that is probably the only correct
place. But how do we know what that is?

In the short term there is only one download site so my proposed algorithm is:
- if there is only one download site then try that one.
- if there is more than one then ask the user which to try,

If there are any neat better solutions please shout.
