[jsword-devel] build tweaks

Hi,

Some build updates.
- I've moved the exec target to core and commented it because it could 
be useful from any project.
- I've obviously got tabs set to something different than DM, so some of 
the alignment of targets was a bit wacky. Fixed that, I only have spaces 
now.
- I tried to put the targets in execution order so I could find them quicker
- re-instated jsword/etc/build/nightly.sh to bounce requests over to 
jsword-web
