Joe,
Would you add jlfgr-1.0. to the jsword/jar. I see an empty directory there 
for it. This would make the WebStart a bit smaller as it would not need to 
be downloaded every time jsword/resource changes.

I'll be glad to make the changes to build.xml and jsword.jnlp. Then you can 
remove them from the resource directory.
