Hi,

I've added all the i18n patches from DMS, thanks.
I've also tweaked ActionFactory to allow optional properties, which 
could make the action properties files much less verbose, and fixed a 
few properties files with wrong names.
The search tooltip is more helpful now as well.

My the amount of work I do on JSword is going to slow down for a couple 
of weeks because I've got a lot on. I'll still commit patches because 
that is fairly quick, especially if there is no merge.
