Hi,

I've put up a web page based on this. Thanks.

On format. Exactly what you do isn't too important, but uniformity is
because I can convert to different formats quite easily.
One thing I would suggest is that header lines are prefixed with h1,
h2 etc rather than having -------- after them. Having a regular
pattern at the start of a line is easier to attack with a macro.
