[jsword-devel] Couple more bugs

Done. When I looked at it it was too easy that I could not wait. I'll 
send a patch after the last one is applied.
The first problem was a typo. My mistake in an earlier change.
The second problem I solved by making the maximum window size 1280x960 
and adjusting it to be at least 50x100 smaller than the screensize to 
allow window decoration. I don't know how to allow for a fullscreen 
mode. I also added the ability of the user to set it to a preferred size 
in options.
