You will need the following as Eclipse projects:
bibledesktop
common
jsword

The following may be helpful:
jsword-support
jsword-web (also helpful to simulate the nightly release and put the 
jars in one place)

bibledesktop-web is a work in progress and probably will fall into the 
last bucket.
