[jsword-devel] eclipse3m8 bugs

I'm fairly sure the eclipse3m8 compiler has some bugs.
I'm currently getting a java.lang.VerifyError for 
org.crosswire.jsword.passage.PassageFactory.getWholeBiblePassage

I don't think this can possibly be my fault, and it works fine when 
compiled by ant.

As part of doing this I've re-worked the swingui target to look more 
like the jnlp layout, and tidied up the bat file. I've fixed the .sh 
file but not tested it yet.
