	The authoritative place to grab the latest OSIS schema is at 
http://www.bibletechnologies.net/  There may be more recent version not 
yet publicly available, and they should be posted on our servers at 
http://www.bibletechnologieswg.org  We also have a basic tutorial online 
there.
