[jsword-devel] First Posting

I downloaded the "release" for windows (including the jvm) but when run
it complains that it cannot find config.xml and exits. I next tried to
checkout jsword from cvs (using
:pserver:anonymous@cvs.crosswire.org:/cvs/jsword) wiht the following
result:

Any ideas?
