I've also considered renaming the doc folder (which contains the 
website) to web. We lose history, but I think it's confused people before.

And the UserLevel class was there to allow us to configure the ui 
depending on how advanced the user was. On reflection I think this is 
more likely to be confusing rather than helpful, and no other major apps 
do it, so I think we can learn from their ui design.

Shout if you think either of these is a bad idea.
