[bt-devel] now BibleTime working well with BibleVCE

Hi all!

The alternative GUI is now working well with the bible concordance "BibleVCE".
This tool is more flexibel as the book mark function in BibleTime. But you can
switch your favor (external) concordance tool, if you don't like BibleVCE.
It's not be more hard codet in the programm. Over "edit" -> "Set Concordance"
you can set a other tool.

In next step, i implement a optional Multiple Document Interface (MDI) Modus.
