Summary: ESV Headings

Initial Comment:
Headings in the ESV bible module do not show in the new Bibletime versions (2.0+).  They used to show in version 1.6.  This problem exists in both Linux and Windows.  For example, Matthew in the ESV only show verses and text, no headings at all.  As mentioned above, there were many headings in ESV module for Bibletime 1.6.  Please find a way to get the headings back in the newer version, if possible.

Can confirm some missing headings in the ESV NT.  Some OT chapters in ESV
do have headings though.
