If you ask me, this shouldn't even be translatable. Searching for LCSH
in internet gives exact results. If it's translated people can't even
search for it for many languages. And it's not actually important word
anyways. And finally, it's followed by English data which can't be
translated. It comes from the config files of modules. Only some modules
include it. It's seen only in the About dialog of modules.
