Summary: Several Suggestions

Initial Comment:
1) Synchronize the views of all windows to the view of the active window. For instance:
a)if you have KJV, MKJV and ESV open and you move to a certain verse, all windows go to that same verse.
b) If you have the Bible open to a certain chapter and verse, then the commentaries, lexicons and other reference books would go to that same chapter and verse automatically.

2) Drop down lists of books for easier/faster navigation  of the books of the Bible. 

3) Enable different Font Sizes and types

Some kind of synchronizing is possible between a Bible and a commentary.
Use the Synchronize button in a commentary window. Parallel display is for
synchronizing between several Bibles (or commentaries). Synchronizing
between Bibles and e.g. lexicons is meaningless. 

Number 3 has been there for a long time, if you mean text reader windows.
Configure->Languages.

For number 2 there have been some suggestions, see
