Summary: hotkeys for bookshelf
Initial Comment:
There are hotkeys to
- show/hide the bookshelf (F9) and
- navigate between (sub)categories (Up/Down-Arrow)
- open/close branches of (sub)categories (Right/Left-Arrow)
-> Add hotkey
- to move from a work to the bookshelf (e.g. Shift+F9)
- to open a work of the bookshelf where the cursor is on (eg. Enter)

Opening a work pressing Enter works with the new KDE/Qt4 implementation.
By accident:)
It should be possible and easy to add a shortcut using Qt buddy label, for
example "&Bookshelf" label shortcut has Alt+B as a shortcut. It should then
be made sure that it is not overriden by displaywindow specific shortcuts.
