Initial Comment:
There are hotkeys for books defined in
Settings/Configure Bible Time/Hotkeys (Ctrl+V,
Ctgrl+Shift+V) but they are not working.

Fixed in CVS, will be in 1.6.3. Please check.
This hotkey is not available for books, I removed it.
