High Contrast is done. Are there any other outstanding 
template issues that need worked before I start on the zen 
(Crazy 2.0) template?

I tend to do a lot of stuff with the templates already. 
I'll take this one on. Is there a list of stuff other than 
crossrefs? And are there modules other than the ISV (which 
hard codes style data in (grr) to check crossrefs with?

The crossrefs do not always look well.
This needs to be done before 1.6, but should not be a lot of work.
