[bt-devel] Fred: &language; entity

Fred,

I tried to change
<!ENTITY % English "INCLUDE"><!-- change language only here -->
to
<!ENTITY % German "INCLUDE"><!-- change language only here -->
to make the german KDE specific page elements available in German (next, prev 
etc.).
But parsing wasn't successful, because the entities &RMB; and &LMB; are 
unknown.

Is there any other way of working around this?
IMHO the LMB and RMB entities are defined per language, as it's written in 
$KDEDIR/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/en/user.entities 

What can we do?
