[bt-devel] Translators

Just worked a bit on the POT creation and translation stuff.

The translators are not listed in the main.cpp file anymore. The better 
solution (like KDE does) is to add two special tags in the PO file where the 
translator can write his name and eMail. The name and eMail will appear in 
BibleTime's about Box.
Since we don't have to manage the list of current translators and the 
transators get better credits if we use the about dialog solution we go'll 
this way.
