[bt-devel] Icons used in bibletime

Cool. I see that you introduced a quite complicated folder system in 
bibletime/docs/handbook/html. Is this really necessary?
For simple management it would be great to have all the icons directly in 
handbook/html/. Could you reconsider the issue? Do we really need to explain 
(and therefore include) ALL of the icons? Do you need the different icon 
sizes?
My personal opinion is that we should limit the handbook to explain only the 
important icons. Many KDE icons like "close" are pretty self-explanatory. 
Just a suggestion, if you think we should keep it like this then we will find 
a way, though it might be a little complicated.
