I will pass all of the discussion about the biblestudy howto along to
the author.  At the time I was given permission to distribute the
Biblestudy How To with BibleTime  Bob Harman wanted to preserve the
ability to some day publish.  At the same time he really does not have a
problem with redistribution, but wants to have the opportunity to give
permission.
