[bt-devel] Compilation with GCC 2.96 and GCC 3.0

Yes, BibleTime and Sword both compile with the new gcc 3.0 and before I used 
gcc 3.0, I used gcc 2.96 and it compiled fine with gcc 2.96 too.  However, QT 
and KDE have to be compiled with gcc 3.0 before you can compile BibleTime and 
Sword with gcc 3.0 (because gcc 3.0 broke binary compactablity with the older 
gcc 2.96 and gcc 2.95 because of C++ ABI changes).
