I have just added some bibletime doc files

How to download Sword CVS
Description: If you are going to use the bibletime CVS you also need the
sword CVS

and

Compiling sword and installmgr
Description: Instructions for compiling sword and the sword document
installer (installmgr)

The first one has the path for the sword CVS.

Please let me know if these look OK.
