Hi Darwin,

I am afraid I have to disagree here. We thought about creating such a 
template for faxing and mailing, but we think that individual letters are far 
more effective. What is important now is IMO that Joachim keeps the contact 
close via email, because it is fast. There are several points that need to be 
discussed; many user mails won't help at this point.
