[bt-devel] Toolbar thoughts

I'm sorry for any fuzz I just thought it might be better (to save space,
to not irritate the user) to just have the toolbar docked to the main
app. I don't know if this is possible?
What I see best is have the toolbar created by the presenter, maintain
it there with all current settings, but don't display it in the
presenter but give it to the main window to be displayed there.

What do you think?
