  adjust #1368 and it's quite an "adjustment."
this is further bookmark source identification.
as mentioned in related issues: code robustification.

- initial pass was plain buggy: did not account for further verses
in a set needing to be added in the same fashion, bg+fg+label.
- moved *b after verse number, next to *u (if present).
- added sanity checks on new/edited bookmarks not to use the magic
separator string.
