[sword-devel] Bishop 1.2.0pre17

Thank you for everyone who has contributed new and updated locales over
the past 24 hours.  Also, I have updated the iOS build to work with the
latest changes.  There is still a scrolling bug I want to fix on iOS
before release, but here is the latest Android build.  Thank you to
Marjan Šavli, Fr. Cyrille, Frei Hermano Filipe, and Brent Riggs for
locale contributions

Marjan Šavli found a missing string in the i18n-template file:

Toggle Footnotes=Toggle Footnotes

If translators could submit this string, I will add contributions to the
appropriate locales.  Otherwise, you can attach an updated locale file
with this and any other updates.
