[sword-devel] CzeB21 Bible not listed on modules download page

With the clearing of the zips cache, it has uncovered a problem with the module downloading page:
http://www.crosswire.org/sword/modules/ModDisp.jsp?modType=Bibles

The module CzeB21 should be listed, but it is not. This is an old module that has been present for a long time. It should be listed under "cs".
I've looked at it for a while and it is not clear to me what is happening.

I was able to create the module by hitting the proper URL for it:
http://www.crosswire.org/sword/servlet/SwordMod.Verify?modName=CzeB21&pkgType=raw

Can someone take a look at this bug?
