I finally wrote a script to autorenew our Let's Encrypt wildcard cert.  
This has been a manual process each 3 months for a while now and I 
feared, if I was hit by a train, would be one of the things which didn't 
get done around here.

Script is running from /etc/cron.monthly/

And posted publicly here, as others were complaining about automation of 
wildcards between Let's Encrypt and NameCheap:
