[server-admins] flip utility missing

Never heard of flip.  It's neither available via RHEL nor EPEL.  I've
installed dos2unix.  If that's not good enough, there are a bunch of
ways to remove Windows \r from files: sed, awk, tr, ...

Let me know if you need help.
