OK, so I can't seem to login to our tracker anymore.  It always says,
"Sorry, your userid is required to answer a CAPTCHA question correctly."

I then proceed to answer the catcha to the best of my ability... many
times... and still get the same error: Sorry, your userid is required to
answer a CAPTCHA question correctly.

Any ideas?
