[server-admins] [CrossWire-Private] Server problem? Cacheing?

The only other caching I know of is the creation of mods.d.tar.gz. If that
isn't being (re)created on its appropriate schedule then I don't think
libsword will pick up any changes. I believe it looks for that file first
and only will scan the directory if it can't find that.
