[server-admins] github webhook vs. changes at crosswire.org

For some background - the webhook is probably to initiate an auto-sync
between the github master repo and a mirror in Crosswire land. As part of
the server rollover most URLs for applications are changing from
crosswire.org/appname to appname.crosswire.org. However, it looks like
Bitbucket (Atlassian product) was previously used and the sync was
initiated from JIRA's REST API. Now we have gitlab installed, instead. Am I
guessing at that, correctly? Or have we always used gitlab and the
"/bitbucket/" portion of that URL had some other meaning?
If it's just automatic syncing that the webhook was used for, we would have
to look into whether Gitlab supports that feature. If it was for another
purpose, we'll have to find out what that was and look for the proper URL
in the new version of JIRA, as it doesn't appear to have the same set of
REST endpoints that the older version had.
