[server-admins] github webhook vs. changes at crosswire.org

There's been a commit webhook defined at github for Xiphos since we
moved the code there a few years ago:
https://github.com/crosswire/xiphos/settings/hooks
If you can't see that (not sure if project admin privs are needed to see
it), the URL specified for the hook is:
http://crosswire.org/tracker/rest/bitbucket/1.0/repository/3/sync

Today this URL is failing because of changes going on at crosswire. Greg
mentioned using tracker.crosswire.org instead of crosswire.org/tracker/
but that's giving no joy right now, either. Can anyone offer a properly
updated URL to which to change this? Or is this something not yet
supported in the new environment?
