[server-admins] Module Stats

Hey guys,

A while back I faintly remember some ambitious soul stating that they
were hopeful about developing a web application where you could ask it
stats for a module over a period of time and it would show nice numbers
broken down by a generalized user agent label.

Does anyone remember this?  Has any progress been done?  I have a few
organizations that have requested stats and would love to have a
facility like this to which we could also maybe add some kind of cron'd
mailer, for reporting stats monthly.

Hope everyone is well and looking forward to Spring/Summer.
