Apparently, we might have a period of downtime Saturday night/Sunday

Original Request Start:

This is a notification of a scheduled maintenance window, which will
impact the availability of your services. During the indicated
maintenance window, services will be unavailable to Phoenix clients for
one or more periods of variable length. We will make every effort to
minimize the impact of this maintenance on clients. In addition to this
notification, we will be opening a maintenance ticket in our support
ticketing system for each Phoenix client. We ask that you provide the
info requested in that ticket to assist us in expediting this maintenance:

*Maintenance window start:* 01/02/2016, 10pm MST
*Maintenance window end:* 01/03/2016, 6am MST
*Estimated downtime:* TBD

You will be receiving a call within the next 48 hours, to provide a more
specific window for this maintenance. Please reply to this ticket the
best contact number to reach you between now and the maintenance window.
