[server-admins] problem with SwordMod.Verify?

One of the improvements with the new tomcat partitioning is that each 
instance runs as the owner of the .../servers/<servername> folder, so 
tomcat being the ftp group didn't help.  This server is owned by the 
crosswire user and crosswire needed to be in the ftp group.  Should be 
fixed now.  Thanks for the report.  Sorry for the bug.
