[server-admins] DB down

It looks like our DB is down, meaning CrossWire news is gone and the 
forums are down (maybe other stuff too, but those are what I've noticed 
just now). I don't know that I can restart it--maybe someone else can?

I tried restarting Tomcat--not that I thought it would work, but I know 
I can do that. If restarting Firebird would fix the issue, I can't do 
that (don't have sudo privs).
