[server-admins] Major upgrade time

It's that time of year again to yum upgrade to the current fedora release. Now that it seems everything is well from the move, I will run upgrade over the weekend.

Please check your resposibilities to be they are running ok after the upgrage. I'll keep ya posted on progress.

I this is an unusually bad time for you, let me know and we can push it out for a bit.
